Patient Advocacy Sponsorships

Patient advocacy or charitable organizations seeking funds from Harmony Biosciences must submit a written request to advocacy@harmonybiosciences.com that includes the following:

• Letter describing the requesting organization
• Proposed event or activities
• Amount of contribution requested
• Evidence that the organization is a bona fide nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization in good standing
• Written confirmation of tax-exempt status (W-9 or IRS letter)

Sponsorship requests from qualifying organizations will only be considered if a project/program is related to Harmony's therapeutic areas of interest.

Applications are accepted on a rolling and ongoing basis. Applicants will be notified of funding status within 90 days.

Harmony does not provide grants to individuals unless an individual is acting as sponsor investigator of an investigator-sponsored study/research.
No grants, sponsorships, or charitable contributions are offered or provided in exchange for endorsing or prescribing Harmony products or for a commitment to continue prescribing Harmony products. In other words, any quid pro quo is strictly prohibited.

Any funding provided by Harmony will be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
